Beth has over 35 years of project management and engineering experience in highway, railroad and airport design, water and wastewater design, and site development and design. She has provided project management and engineering design for numerous state, city, parish and county governments. 

Beth has extensive experience on major road widening improvement projects, extension of interstates, interchanges, and road rehabilitation projects. Since joining WHPacific, Beth has concentrated on providing airport planning and engineering services. She recently completed the final design and construction of the new airport for Zuni.
